Can I contact caregivers directly?

No � for safety and continuity of care clients request caregivers through ACH only. We manage all scheduling, payments and replacements.

What�s the difference between an ACH Employee and an Independent Caregiver?

A: Employees are on payroll, covered under ACH insurance and prioritized for ongoing care. Independent Caregivers are self-employed, must hold their own liability insurance, and are paid via platform payouts after ACH's service fee.

What happens if a caregiver is late or doesn�t show?

A: ACH will attempt immediate replacement and the incident will be logged. Refunds/credits are handled per policy.

How do you ensure caregivers are qualified?

All caregivers must pass background & vulnerable sector checks, provide references, complete orientation, and have up-to-date certifications.

How does payment work?

Clients pay ACH directly through our portal. ACH handles payroll for employees and pays contractors via payouts after deducting the platform fee.

What if I need care on short notice?

Use our Emergency Request flow; ACH maintains an on-call contractor pool to provide fast coverage.
